- KTkell triceMar 21, 20261.0Ive ordered Cajun wings from this place so many time and 95% of the time they get it wrong and give me regular hot, it’s so frustrating. I’m to the point that I have to do a review on them, it shouldn’t be like this. Take your money to a Wingstop that cares about the their customers. I explained it to two workers in the store, they couldn’t care less, didn’t offer an apology or a fix. I asked for the GMs email and they refused to give it to me. I wish they would respect our dollar and get it right. I don’t need a refund, I just want better customer service.

The lady called my name and I grabbed my order. I did not look inside the big bag, as I ASSUMED my entire order would be in the bag. Needless to say, when I got home, I WAS MISSING HALF MY ORDER!! I called the store, and was told the manager would call me back. All she took was my name. No number, no nothing. I even put a complaint in on the customer service portion of the website, and I've STILL never received my money back for the 2 chicken sandwiches I never received! App has been deleted. Customer service is garbage. We will NEVER order wing stop again!!

Thinking all the bad reviews are people who just wanted to get one over and get free food shame on them! To the people working here high 5 great job and we will see you soon🥰
