  They only take cash.You have to have the exact change for your order.And they are so rude.

  Very bad experience. I ordered on the mobile app, food was supposed to be done in 12 minutes. So it should have been ready when I got there. When I got there and let them know who I was and that it was a mobile order, I was asked to wait an additional 5 minutes. The burgers were dry and the chicken tenders were over cooked.

  Got there to order, lights were on, and employees were inside. Waited in the drive thru and nobody ever took my order. Drove around and saw employees inside on their phones messing around yet not taking orders. What a joke.

  I've given this place so many chances. It's not even funny. Between wildly incorrect orders when nobody else is in the drive-thru, cold and undercooked food, insanely long wait times, being told to pull forward when ordering the most basic things and still waiting an ungodly amount of time (the old fast drive-thru time hack) and the rudest service I've ever had, I'm done. I don't know how this location is still operating. Here's my experience tonight... hadn't eaten all day and it was on the way, so I stopped anyways...and waited 12 minutes in the drive-thru with no one in front of me and no one in the dining room, except a literal party of people that the employees were hanging out with, to get "Can I help you?" I ignored the guy, gave him a second chance. After 6 more minutes of waiting, "What's your order?" Told him I'll get food somewhere else. His response "ight". Avoid. This. Location. At. All. Costs. Corporate needs to shut this location down.

  Worst experience ever. I went to this location on March 19th after my daughter's softball practice and we ordered a kids chicken tender meal, a chicken tender wrap, amongst other things. The kids meal had raw chicken and so did the wrap. My 9 year old daughter and my husband ate raw chicken. I ran back up to Wendy's to show them the chicken, they stated the employee who pulled the chicken up early got a write up and the manager on that shift said I would get a full refund for my entire order of $33. As he went to give me the refund he came back and stated that unfortunately he did not have the clearance to give me my refund and to call back the next morning. So I did. I was then told that the GM was out due to a funeral and to call back the next week, so I did, then I was told she was still out and when I asked about my refund the girl on the phone stated "we don't do that here, we can give you gift cards or remake your order" as if I want to go back after my child being fed raw chicken. I stated i wouldn't be back and she told me to call back when the GM was in and she wouldn't be back until Thursday or Friday and that I needed to call back. I called again, same thing getting the run around, I informed them I had been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week regarding this issue and they needed to call ME back this time as its not fair that I'm chasing them around for a refund for my order due to their negligent mistake and almost giving my daughter salmonella. I even reported this incident to the health department and they told me that the GM was in that whole time this store was telling me that she was out. I am still waiting on my refund and a call back. Never going back to Wendy's again after this as I even contacted corporate without a response. If Google would allow me to share photos in this review I would share the pictures of the chicken
