  Nighttime weekend staff is super rude and slow and unprofessional. I wont take another doordash pickup from this location ever again.

  Jessica is my goat she gave excellent customer service to us in the drive thru. We had multiple orders and had ordered an item that there was a wait time for. She managed us with no complaints and offered a solution to being short of that item. Best customer service i’ve ever had at a taco bell - give her a raise please!

  The evening crew here is actually so incredibly incompetent. I’m here very often as I am a door dasher and don’t usually have any serious issues unless the night crew is on. Last night I had one of the worst experiences. After working all day my husband and I decided to place a mobile order on the app. We picked up the order in drive thru. At the screen they pulled up my order and had me confirm everything on the screen was correct and it was - we pull up to the window and are handed our drink then ‘our’ bags of food. Before even leaving the parking lot we notice this isn’t our order. They gave us the drink from our order but not the correct food.my husband goes into the ‘wait area’ since they decided to lock the doors before the correct time (my husband used to manage a Taco Bell - they had doors locked by 8pm which is not standard) when my husband explained to the worker what happened the worker said we haven’t had an order under the name Brandon in over 2 hours. Which is insane because our order was under Brandon and so was the food they accidentally gave us. He refused to look in the system And also refused to remake our food even with the proof on the app of our order. However I absolutely was not letting that fly. I go back inside where a second couple is now having the exact same issue as us. They ordered their own food thru the app and the Taco Bell was saying they never received their order and wouldn’t be making it. That if we had an issue we could reach out to support on the app- which was no longer available to speak to someone because it was so late in the day. After I came in and complained the guy with long messy hair with no hair net on went to the register and ‘found my order buried under a ton of other ones’ except i had JUST BEEN THERE SO HOW WAS IT ‘buried’. Moral of the story I would be extremely aware when going here in the evenings. They absolutely will do everything they can to not work, and not work hard. They are making their jobs more difficult by not wanting to do it

  Insanely slow! 4th car from the speaker and I was in line for over 45 minutes and the fact the drive thru basically traps you is beyond annoying. Once I finally made it to the window it took me 10 minutes to recieve a cheesy bean and rice burrito.

  I had order set for pickup at 9:15 walked in very busy they weren't putting orders on pickup shelf which would have eliminated the whole problem, I stood their for 30 min while my food was actually ready somewhere behind the counter. Someone came out told everyone it would be a while, so I had no reason to believe it was ready. I thought someone asked a pickup for Mick at some point, but thats clearly not how you pronounce Mike. Someone else came out maybe 20-25 mins asking someone about a door dash & I told him I've been waiting too & its Mike, he walked back never gave my food either. Finally I told someone cancel my order please and she grabbed the back that had been sitting there and said I said your name, im like no one announced Mike while I was here, my food was cold & I was late and all they had to do is put the food on pickup shelf like everywhere else. I will never go to this taco bell at night again and avoid it if at all possible absolutely dreadful experience.
