  100% depends on the worker you have. Some girl seemed to treat customers differently based on race, hanging in the lobby. Other workers were friendly and doing their jobs.

  I don't know who was working 4-14-26 at night, but this was the best taco bell experience I've ever had!!! Tacos were flavorful and crispy, even after delivery. These people deserve a raise.

  I ordered the new rolled chicken quesadilla and the girl acted like she had no idea what it was. Get up to the window and it took a decent amount of time to get just the quesadilla and the fries. The quesadilla was most definitely wrong. It had potatoes, bacon, and very dry chicken and no sauce. The fries were extremely dried out. I won’t be coming back. I don’t be recommending this Taco Bell to anyone.

  Extremely rude staff ALWAYS messes up food. Never order here online or in person! The receipt will show the correct order and they will still argue. The wait time is so long, just to not get everything you order. If I could rate this negative five stars I would.

  Late-night drive-thru visit around 11:13 PM Saturday and the experience was very disappointing. I ordered a $9 Luxe Box, Dessert Duo, and an Avocado Chicken Bacon Stacker. The line was slow when I arrived, but I was initially ignored at the speaker and then asked to pull forward so my food could be made fresh. After waiting about 10 minutes, I received a bag that was stickered but already partially open. When I checked the order, the food was ice cold, the stacker clearly wasn’t freshly made, and the Luxe Box had cinnamon twists instead of the nachos and cheese, even though the receipt showed the correct order. I returned to the store and requested a refund rather than a remake, but both the employee and the manager were argumentative and dismissive about the situation. The refund was eventually issued, but the interaction lacked professionalism and basic customer service. No staff members were wearing visible name badges, which also made accountability unclear. Overall, between being ignored at the speaker, incorrect food, cold items, and poor customer service, this visit was far below expectations. Asking customers to pull forward for “fresh food” only to serve cold and incorrect items defeats the purpose entirely.Between the cold food, incorrect order, and dismissive service, this visit highlighted several areas where quality control and staff training could improve.
