  Couldn't do more than 5 items so we couldn't get our meals?? They also wouldn't let us do separate orders instead. Staff these people up, fail on corporate, management and the employees.

  This is the best Taco Bell in Akron. All of these other bad reviews are lies! All of the Employees are Outstanding! And Everything is done right! I highly recommend this Taco Bell. And the Managers are highly kind and professional

  Tried to order food at midnight when this location is supposed to be open until 4 AM and was refused service because I was not a DoorDash or ordering through the mobile app and in the past this location has also limited the amount of items that I have been able to order at one time. This staff is notorious for having attitude issues when serving in the drive-through will definitely not be visiting this location again. I’ll go somewhere where the staff actually want to serve food.

  Of i could give zero stars I would. Called the COPS on me because I had my mobile order set to the wrong store and instead of fulfilling me and my friend separate orders called the cops on us instead. Continuously flicked us off and told us “we werent getting shit” for taking too long because we were on a “timer” for mobile orders. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for a long time but saying the stuff to a customer is completely unnecessary.
