  Mari G at Taco Bell Drive absolutely made my entire experience stand out. From the moment I pulled up, she was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming—something you don’t always get in a drive-thru. She was patient while taking my order, made sure everything was correct, and you could tell she actually cared about doing a great job. What really impressed me was her attitude. Even during what seemed like a busy time, she stayed positive and professional, and her energy was contagious. When I got my food, everything was fresh, accurate, and handed out quickly with a smile. That kind of service is rare and deserves recognition. Because of Mari G, I’ll definitely be coming back. She’s a great example of what excellent customer service should look like, and Taco Bell is lucky to have her.

  If I could give -1000 stars, I would. Never have I been so disrespected through a drive through. We had 2 separate orders, my friend’s order went through whereas mine did not. When we pulled up to the driver through trying to get our orders and he said mine wait an available I said “one sec” as I was trying to fix my order. He said I had limited time before he called the cops or we weren’t getting either order. I had asked why and he continued to cuss and swear at me saying we took too much time and now neither of us were getting the order we had already paid for. Refusing to open the window and talk to us like an adult he decided to instead flick me off repeatedly through the window and call the cops on us where the cops said they’re “allowed to do what they want because they’re on private property and we just have to ask for a refund through the app” which we are unable to do. Taco Bell if this is how you train your employees I highly suggest on a better way because this is extremely uncalled for. As a manager of a restaurant I would NEVER treat a customer this way.

  On nights that I work late I will go out of my way to stop at this taco bell versus ones closer to me. The wait is never long, but the biggest reason is the employees. They're always so polite.

  W STORE. Best taco bell I've been to. The workers care about the quality of food and the concept of FAST food. I consistently get my $7 luxe box hot and loaded up

  I waited over an hour for my Food and it was cold and drinks were watered down and when I tried to call and complain about it they hung up on me after I said I wanted to speak to a manager and I tried calling again 3 more times and they did not answer,
