  Ordered food around 7:44, went to pick up the food. When I got there, there was a note on the door that said closed. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 10. Not confident I'll get my money back lol

  You go through the drive-thru you sit there for about 10 minutes and nobody is inside the store ordering food work is just sitting

  Placed a mobile order and got to the store, and it was closed. Worker seen me outside and walked right by me with a box of chips. Didn’t acknowledge me at all. Got in her car and drove away.

  Literally everytime I order, yall just be making up your own sandwiches. Order pepperjack cheese- get white American every single time, ask for extra chipotle get served a lil dab on one small portion of the bread- check my receipt, it says mayo AND chipotle....?? Ask for toasted- and everything is cold/soggy. $14 for a footlong that literally makes me gag. I'll just buy the damn sauce and make my own at home I guess. Place wasn't even busy, workers talking about locking doors early, not making any more product- at 640pm... like why even ask what someone wants if theyre just gonna get whatever your employees feel like throwing together? Not to mention, I've worked Subway before, I know how sandwiches are made, almost "upside down" with the meat on top the veggies ... both sandwiches I ordered were stacked down the middle. We're really just freestyling whatever the employee feels like....
