  This subway is garbage both door dashers stated nobody responded smh subway on exchange should just close down cause that's terrible business thankfully I'm getting my money back

  Terrible place if i could rate this place a 0 i honestly would, rude customer service, lazy employees always doing pickup only orders every night also When you place a order online a “man” says “yeah and you just placed that order so give a second” takes about 10min but this is my third time ordering from here within this year, you would think it being an on campus location that they would actually have it together but it is Akron for you. Its just ridiculous spending so much money on food to enjoy to get treated like bs, also food inedible, & always have you on toilet immediately, just so ghetto and unprofessional. Also you can customize your sandwich how ever you will like & pay for whatever extra & your sandwich will always be incorrect. 👎🏼😂0/10

  Incorrect hrs posted on the doors as well parking barriers that are not marked in any color other than black, and when driving to there drive through after 9 pm those barrier visible also have been waiting for 15 mins already in your drive through when your lobby is supposed to be open.

  Waiting 5 years every time I get the crap. Can't even keep the same workers for more then a week. 🤷‍♂️. Don't know how many times I've ordered around 8-9 for there doors to be locked as well

  To go from 5 dollar footlongs to almost 13 dollars is disappointing. 6in tuna usually gets two scoops of tuna. Ordered a footlong the guy gave me two scoops. I asked is that it he says yes it's by weight um ok. Every sandwich shop I've been to by weight has the scale close or the meat is already weighed and separated with parchment. So I don't know if it was true or not but if so it's a disservice and a rip off. The day he gave me the 2 scoops I was also giving him props for taking care of a busy night when I was there one time. ... Update..... I went to the Subway downtown and they gave me the 4 scoops I was supposed to get on my footlong... So it's safe to say I'm not going to the Akron U subway anymore.
