- NSN.M. SalemApr 9, 20261.0Ordered 3 different salad stuffers. They were individually wrapped with a sticker on it that should be checked off for the stuffer that was ordered. Non were checked off. Had to look inside each one to determine the correct one. Why put a label to begin with if you don’t check it off. Poor training. Also very expensive! We basically ate bread with salad in it. All three had a couple of pieces of chicken. Not worth it.

Good service running around like crazy trying to get the orders out. He needs a raise that made my day because he really helped me and made it better thank you Zach!!!

What isn't my bad is seeing a cockroach in the dining room and then getting interrupted with a "I'll be with I'll be with you in a minute sir" while trying to bring it up with an employee. If you like Panera, I wouldn't go to this one.

I was saddened by the experience It is now Kiosk only, and the sandwiches were cold on the inside. No wonder the place was practically empty at 10 am on a Saturday. went in expecting the old cozy Panera Bread vibe — warm bread smell, someone at the counter, that comforting “this feels familiar” energy — and instead got kiosks and a cold sandwich.
