- RSRachel Syme5 days ago1.0One of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever went to. Ordered the huntrex meal. They said they were out of the cards. Ok that’s fine still wanted everything else. Which was the nuggets, the sauce and the shaker fries and the drink. All I got was the nuggets and sauce. Had to argue with them that I did order the whole thing. Even showing the receipt.

I had to wait at least 15 mins in the drive through line until my order was taken 🙄I don’t know how many times I’ve came here, and every single time something is wrong—either the food is thrown together carelessly or the order isn’t made correctly. Tonight was no different. I ordered a Chicken Deluxe with added bacon and a small fry, and a double cheeseburger with added Mac sauce and a large fry for my boyfriend. When we got our food, his burger was soggy and overloaded with sauce, the fries were cold and overly salted, and my Chicken Deluxe didn’t even have the correct condiments—just bacon, which is not what I asked for. I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of effort and care. I paid $28 for this meal, and it’s not unreasonable to expect the order to be made correctly. This kind of service is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate about this experience. And being pregnant on top of all this just makes the situation even more upsetting.

- WGWilliam GreenMar 28, 20262.0I ordered two double cheese burgers and they way the prepared them was like they just toss it on some burgers buns and wrapped it up. Also I only had one patty on both of my burgers. Definitely don't think I'll be going to that one anytime soon.
