  Absolutely terrible, due to an app glitch my order changed from curbside to drive thru, after describing the situation to the employee at the window I was told to pull around the drive thru and I would receive my order, after pulling through the drive thru I weren’t back and forth for over 10 minutes of me being handed different orders and being repeatedly asked for my order details, name, etc. only to be told by the manager that I wasn’t allowed to take my order despite me showing them my receipt, I was told to reorder my order and I “should” receive a refund. Worst service of all time. If I pay for something and I can see it with my own two eyes I expect to receive it

  There food was terrible my kids were disappointed when I brought this home to them they felt played at will this is unacceptable when I’m paying McDonald’s bills my food should be top tier every time I step foot in the establishment they didn’t answer me when I called to confront them about this horrid disgusting food so if you were thinking about going there do not unless you like dried out cheese and ground beef on your burgers tonight I was highly upset with the restaurant and would like a full refund of my money back and I’ll also show pictures of the food I was handed this will not be tolerated when I spend my hard earned money on fast food this is OUTRAGEOUS

  Every time I eat here they mess up my food or just forget it. Do yourself a favor next time you are thinking about eating here just walk to the bathroom and flush your money down the toilet. You will end up with the same results and save yourself the drive. Absolutely under no circumstances should you complain to the staff. They will only try to make you as miserable as they are and definitely will not help resolve your issue.

  I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and received a burger with a completely raw and undercooked beef patty. Photo attached as proof. Shortly after eating it I experienced nausea. This is a serious food safety hazard. I have filed a formal complaint with McDonald’s corporate and will be contacting the Akron Summit County Health Department. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Came in to redeem my complimentary meal card, because my food was stale and cold last time. I was met with hostility and unfriendliness the moment I told them I had complimentary meal cards. Management was entirely apathetic and made it incredibly obvious they felt inconvenienced. I heard a manager yelling to another manager saying the miscommunication about ordering through the drive-thru wasn’t her fault. And when we apologized for our part in the situation (which admittedly wasn’t our fault at all), she brushed it off and ignored us. On top of that, the food was stale and lukewarm AGAIN. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. Upper management needs to take a hard look at this location. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
