  Spent $13+ on 4 hot fudge Sundays and by the time I got them, all 4 were completely melted. Will always try to avoid the terrible type of service like this.

  Ordering ahead with the mobile app is pointless if I still wind up waiting the same amount of time or longer in some situations to pick up the food I ordered ahead for vs ordering at the screen. It hasn't even improved accuracy with regularly ordering no onion and still getting onion on it.

  Food was great but the light skinned young girl at your drive thru should fine another job because it is very clear that she does not like her job. I said thank you twice all she did was drink her chocolate milkshake and shove my food out the window not a thank you not a hello not a goodbye not to have a nice day. Please find you a different employee to work your drive-through before you lose more customers

  I was having some anxiety due to quitting THC. The employees noticed heavy breathing and turned on some soothing meditation music that calmed me down.

  Been there a total of 5 times within the span of 6 months, first two I had missing items, and today this nasty General Manager named “Rebecca” gave me attitude about how to order. I asked how to pay with cash and she said “order at the kiosk”. I then asked, thinking she didn’t hear me,if I’m able to pay with cash at the kiosk. All she said was order at the kiosk again, with a nasty attitude. Maybe a little guidance and patience would be nice Rebecca.
