  Went in around 9:30 to get my food and I was very impressed on how fast I got my it and it was all there concerning they were so short staffed

  I was going to post my pics on the fb page for more people to see, but that wasn’t an option, so I guess this will have to work. Ordered from the McDonalds in Akron on Canton rd, employee at the first window (same lady that took the order) not friendly AT ALL. But that is not even close to my issue, it’s what I went home and found in my McChicken….I’ll let you take a guess 🤢🤮Between how it looked when I open it (talk about lazy employees, and then the hair I found, that place is over the top! I’m done with that location.

  Employees ignore you. You have to get their attention for service, and it's not easy. You can stand there and CALL OUT to them and they don't bother to even look your way! Very nasty attitude once I got an employee, she was unfriendly and far from professional. My double cheese burger was ice cold. I was hungry so I ate it, within 30-45 minutes I was sick... Before getting home.
