  My family and I had a wonderful experience there. My two young sons enjoyed the three-course kids' meal and loved everything. The steaks that my wife and I had were cooked perfectly as requested and nicely seasoned. I wish the Fleming potatoes had a bit more cheese on them, but that's not a significant issue. The hospitality was excellent; please ask for Chrissy if she is available, as her service was outstanding.

  First time there. Wanted to see what it was all about. Did not get dinner. Sat at bar and ordered drinks and appetizers. The appetizers were good, just very small portions. Drinks were good, however, I noticed that our bartender didn't fill up our glasses. I took note to the other bartenders and they WERE filling up the glasses. Not sure what was going on with that, but I didn't like it AT ALL. The place is more family oriented, and we were looking for a more adult setting.

  We are new to town and have been looking forward to trying Fleming's. It truly did not disappoint! My honey booked is reservations and we were promptly sat. Everything about this place is an experience, and we LOVE that kind of atmosphere. Christy was our server and took amazing care of us. The food was good, but the level of service and attention to detail will be why we return! The art of service is still very much alive here!

  This is our closest location. It’s a four hour + 15 minute drive, non-stop, without heavy traffic. We drove through Port Huron, Detroit, Toledo, and Cleveland to get there. It is the USA equivalent to Canada‘s “The Keg.” If they had cooked the steak properly and not had an attitude they would’ve been great. Medium well does not mean blood running out and bright red. After two tries, they still didn’t get it right. It was so disheartening, the third time it came out and it was not right. Medium well is supposed to be mostly brown-grey center with a slight hint of pink. If you have had bariatric stomach surgery, you can only eat steak medium well. It is customary when you serve steak to invite the diners to cut into it and check it, but they skipped that step. The second time we had to send the steak back they would take what was on our plates and only the platter $162.00 USD, so we lost a lot of meat right there. There was so much blood from the first time I had to request a new plate and they reluctantly gave me a new one but didn’t warm it like they are supposed to. We had to ask for the steak sauce more than once. They do offer free valet parking which they’re very proud of, but when your car goes 0 to 100 in four seconds you don’t always feel comfortable using it. To say there was nothing special about it is 100% true. They could do a lot better if they wanted to. They didn’t do a very good job. When you can’t drink alcohol, caffeine, carbonation, or sugar, due to stomach surgery and only have water you would think a place like that would offer lemon or lime for your water or have a good kind of water available, but they don’t. In summary, that was $223.00 Canadian without tax for two people to have the steak special and it failed. They didn’t even offer one thing to rectify any of this. This was a special occasion for us. We didn’t declare it was a special occasion because it’s nobody’s business, but it was. This was absolutely disgraceful.

  We had reservations at Fleming's, before a concert we were attending!!! Server was great food took a little bit longer than usual, we were now running late for our concert, we noticed the manager and he made everything right for us. We'll be back in the near future to and I quote to get the fun experience of what The Fleming's Prime Steakhouse has to offer!!!
