Honestly if I could give it 0 stars I would. Orders were messed up food was cold. Substituted a $3 item with a $1 cookie without even checking with me if that was okay. Was told I cannot get a refund. Whoever had the eye patch (not sure if she was manager or not) was rude and nasty. Never going back

Very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location.
We usually go inside, but the dining room was closed, so we had to use the drive-thru. We ordered three sandwiches (each over $7 over $11 dollar combos!), and all three were made incorrectly, including missing bacon on sandwiches that are supposed to come with bacon.
The store did agree to remake the sandwiches. However, because of the delay caused by their mistake, our fries and nuggets were cold by the time the corrected sandwiches would be ready.
We asked if the fries and nuggets could also be remade so we could eat the entire meal hot together, since the original issue was not our fault. The manager on duty, Jordan Castor, refused, stating that the fries and nuggets were “correct” and that being cold did not mean they were incorrect. We were told we could simply reheat them.
While technically true, this response ignored the fact that the food was cold due to the restaurant’s error on the main portion of the order. The interaction was rude and dismissive.
When we asked for the general manager’s name and a corporate contact number, that information was not provided infact she refused to give it to us stating we could find it ourselves.
Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. Expecting customers to reheat food at home because of an order error is not acceptable customer service — especially at these prices! Flat our refusing to give higher ups phone numbers names or any contact information is also extremely unprofessional.

Guy saying they no longer doing menu items that are still on the menu while speaking as softly as I've ever heard a man speak , couldn't make out what he was saying without asking a few times , the fries were old and stale, burger bun seemed the same. The Dr pepper soda was good though 👍
Charged us dine in tax on a to go frosty..
I'd probably go somewhere else than here again.
