Everytime I got the drive thru is either closed or "short staffed" as the window attendant says. 9/10 they get the food order wrong. I have gotten baconators with no bacon at least 3 times.

Food is only getting 2 stars because I’ve actually had edible food from this location before, but everything else is awful. Worst wait times I’ve ever had at a fast food place in my entire life, to the point that I’ve pulled around twice (nearly 3 times including today) to go somewhere else. I see others doing the same in line constantly. I’m actually only here right now because Burger King is closed and I wanted to give this place another shot after a couple years and NOPE still just as bad; I’m literally typing this review while I’m waiting for my food. I’ve probably been in line here for 20 minutes. And though I haven’t had moldy, stale food from here (knock on wood), they have gotten my order wrong or been out of sauces, drinks, or SOMETHING every single time I’ve been here. Staff is rude, probably because of management or something. I don’t even want to know what the inside looks like if they can’t get food and wait times right. Have loved Wendy’s for years but this is the closest one to me now and I will never be back. Given way too many chances and things are not better after YEARS. Will go out of my way if I’m feeling like a Baconator ever again. Literally the worst fast food place you can find.
