- ODOHIO DETECTING5 days ago1.0I went in around 12:30 both ladies were on their phones I stood at the register while they texted on their phone neither one even acknowledged I was there for about 1 min then one slowly came to the register took my order and when I held out the money to pay she just stood there without saying anything I was confused she then opened the register fumbled around by this time I pulled my hand back waiting for some sort of instructions but nothing she then took my $20 bill still she has not said 1 word to me I asked if she has had a long day very polite she then stared at me like she is thinking “why are u talking to me “ at this point I didn’t trust a person like this to make me food so I asked for my money back so I can leave at that point that made her happy she said absolutely and as I was walking out I heard her greeting the girl behind me all polite “hey sweetheart what can I do for you” so it seem that maybe the employee at this location pick and choose who they serve based souly on how I look since there was zero other reason for this discrimination

The whole crew came together to prepare our food in a timely manner. The atmosphere was wonderful! Very clean, and the air is warm with a gentle breeze! Making it feel authentically tropical. My boyfriend and I can't be more grateful for the exceptional customer service and overall food quality and experience.

We love ordering The Jetty Smoothie with extra whey protein and get the Turkey Bacon Ranch wrap which is an amazing taste for 500 calories and 42g of protein.

It defeats the purpose of getting something quick & easy to eat , so now I have to wait for it to thaw into a slimy puddly mess? Their solution was to microwave it. I'll never be returning and I'd really like my money back. Not worth $12 and I didn't even get to eat it.
