They can't be bothered to provide you with napkins or a utensil for the cold fries they "just pulled out of the fryer." Overcooked is one thing, burnt to a completely unrecognizable protein is a serious problem. I would gladly drive over an hour out of my way to get food from a different Taco Bell. If you wouldn't eat it, why serve it?
