  I was asked to round up and I told them no. I get to the window and my order was rounded up after I had said no. Then I go in side and the heavy set guy was running his mouth getting smart saying it was only a blah blah cents. I dont care if it was a penny. If a customer says no that is what they mean. So I call up there to get the guys name they refused to give me his name and I said I find it disrespectful and I was told that that the staff can run their mouth and be disrespectful as they see fit and then hung up on me. I will be calling corporate tomorrow as they are closed today. So make sure you get your receipt because they will round up amd not care.

  Went through the drive thru. Placed my order and was asked to round up. I said no. They did it anyway. I asked at the window about the price difference from what was on the screen. I was told they didn't charge me the round up. We'll, they did charge me. I go inside to talk to the manager and him and another male employee working the line ran their mouth and got rude because I requested the money to be returned. This is theft f.y.i. someone can press charges.

  I really just paid $3 for half a cheese cup and a bag of chips that were so stale they weren't edible.

  One of the slowest "fast food" places to ever order food from no matter if you walk in, drive thru, or door dash. They are the worst managed and incompetent store i have ever been too. Not only is the service absolutely appalling the quality of food is subpar most days/nights, doesnt matter what time of day you decide to go here. I would stay far away from this place if you can, if I could give it negative stars I can. I am sure taco bell corporate will comment on this and say "We are sorry..." blah blah blah, ive read all the other comments and they dont care about feedback or thos store and how it runs. Disgusting.

  Please tell your employees to pay attention to order screens… I get they are all probably cooked but it would be nice to get the food I paid for, made how I request. It’s not a difficult skill to read an order screen.
