Order pepperjack cheese- get white American every single time, ask for extra chipotle get served a lil dab on one small portion of the bread- check my receipt, it says mayo AND chipotle....?? Ask for toasted- and everything is cold/soggy. $14 for a footlong that literally makes me gag. I'll just buy the damn sauce and make my own at home I guess. Place wasn't even busy, workers talking about locking doors early, not making any more product- at 640pm... like why even ask what someone wants if theyre just gonna get whatever your employees feel like throwing together? Not to mention, I've worked Subway before, I know how sandwiches are made, almost "upside down" with the meat on top the veggies ... both sandwiches I ordered were stacked down the middle. We're really just freestyling whatever the employee feels like....

The last 2 times my food has been made so sloppily that it was impossible to eat without making a huge and unnecessary mess. My wrap was stale kept crumbling and falling apart. Each time i tried to take a bite the toppings would fall out of the wrap. This time around, my bread was super soggy and all my toppings were basically outside of my sandwich with mustard everywhere
