  Hubby ordered the BIG New Yorker, it was a big flop! Where was the cheese?? They advertisement shows as you pick up a slice of all the goodness from the cheese! We are from NYC and Brooklyn NY, this was the worst pizza ever had in this Ohio state!

  396 E Market St Akron OH 44304 locale. Bldg was empty none of our orders got filled but all of our banks had been charged its been 4 days still no refund!!!@

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been waiting in the drive thru for 35+ minutes and no one has come to the window to give orders. Tried calling the store and no one answers. If I could cancel my order, I would.

  This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut in the City. Workers are super lazy and have an issue whenever they have to actually do some work. January 6th, 8:10pm. Guy wore a blue shirt. Horrible service. Paid for Original pan , extra cheese and got a sloppy thin crust with barely any cheese. I ordered 2 , that original pan and extra cheese alone is $8-$9. This is why nobody likes main stream pizza spots anymore. Horrible establishment.

  This isn’t about food, it’s about management above this building. Workers are over worked and probably underpaid. I saw this as I sit in a like or 4 other cars and cannot get ahold of the inside due to (what I later whiteness) is because there’s ONE kitchen worker and TWO drivers whom may I mention one is an older can. (I am mentioning this specifically because it is ridiculous that they didn’t just close the building for the night if they were only gonna have one kitchen worker and one more elderly man and bad weather be working.) I used to work in food. I’ve worked for a pizza shop and I’ve worked for another fast chain. Ask someone who has literally been that one worker or that driver in the past… CLOSE THE BUILDING IF YOU DONT HAVE THE STAFF. It’s absolutely ridiculous because I sent the food to the wrong damn address and I can’t even get them to send it to the right address or switch it to pick up because at that point I was like you know what I’ll just come pick it up- Well I can’t even get a hold of anybody because obviously no one can answer the phone when there’s only one person trying to make everybody’s food!! And I say this review with absolutely nothing to do with the staff. They’re killing it tonight- Not that they even have a choice because it’s either swim or sink. Whoever is running the specific establishment should keep in mind that if they do not have enough staff it sucks to suck close shop. You put the well-being of your workers as well as satisfaction of customers on the back burner while you just think about the financial gain of having a location open on a day popularly Celebrated (NYE). Very thankful for the staff member that just gave me a refund and canceled my order due to the fact that over two hours later after my delivery was supposed to be there the food wasn’t even made yet/lost and I wasn’t trying to add another stressful thing to that guy’s name. I hope their night gets better, and speaking of better- I’m just SOOOO perturbed yall let that happen. Treat your staff better in 2026!!
