    Skimping on dough and toppings to cut costs. Barely 1cm of crust, sauce, and cheese at the thickest part of the pizza. If this is the "hand tossed", then I can't imagine what the thin crust is like. The flavor is good, but I kind of expected a little more pizza for my $15.

    Listen, the food is the BOMB yet recently I ordered a "BIG New Yorker" pizza that seemed like it was "old." I called, explained the concern and they IMMEDIATELY got me together! Replaced my pizza with a fresh one that looked COMPLETELY different than the first one! It was fresh, cheese was melted, etc! HUGE SHOUT-OUT to the Mgr. Delilah (sp) and her Team for making me whole! I appreciate your commitment to TOP TIER customer service! 🫶🏾
