  The pizza was not done. Tried to call but just left on hold with some loop of bs. Nobody answered. I guess ill put it in my oven.. so happy I ordered

  I've always order from Pizza Hut. They've always put a tamper seal on my delivery to ensure me that my food wouldn't be tampered with during delivery. This time there wasn't a seals. I called the south main st store to inform them. The guy act like, what's the problem? I tried to explain to him that my food wasn't sealed. He hung up on me. I called back they wouldn't answer the phone. So I will take my business else where.

  It seems that my review might’ve been deleted so I’ll make it in short term- Whoever is in charge keeps a building ran of a bunch of short staff who are not always the nicest but honestly I wouldn’t be either if I worked in the hell hole like that. Never got my food because it was so chaotic and so busy and the man literally couldn’t even find my order. I’ve read several view since that day that have had similar circumstances. Honestly I go out of my way to go to a different one now and I suggest anyone to do the same- Maybe if they have less orders they won’t lose any tickets

  I kept calling no answer they answered then acted like they couldn’t hear me and then the food never came and I ordered ahead of closing like like 3 hours before they closed so why did nobody answer or bring my food ! Yall suck

  I placed a online order and ordered it for delivery and for some reason it put it for pick up I have no car and don’t drive so I called the store right away well as I thought there wasn’t anything that they could do so they told me to see if I could find away to pick it up and if not then call back to cancel the order mind you it was already paid for so I tried to call back to cancel the order and the answering service kept answering my call they transferred me to the store and I sat on hold for 45 minutes just for them to pick up and hang up the phone it’s been almost 3 hours now and the store still isn’t answering the phone I just got the answering service again and he tried to look up my order and no big surprise he said he couldn’t find my order I’m so mad I don’t recommend anyone order from this Pizza Hut
