There was a sign at the register stating “Kiosk orders only,” and no cashier available, so I had no choice but to use the kiosk. After placing my order, I waited for quite some time with no updates. Eventually, I checked the pickup rack myself and found that my order had been sitting there—no one let me know it was ready. Throughout my entire visit, I had zero interaction with any employee. No hello, no order notification, no goodbye—nothing. To make matters worse, the seal on my bottled water was already broken, which I didn’t notice until I arrived at my destination. The bottle was also filled completely to the top, which felt odd and raised concerns about possible tampering. I couldn’t even drink it. Overall, the lack of basic customer service and the issue with the drink were unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
