What isn't my bad is seeing a cockroach in the dining room and then getting interrupted with a "I'll be with I'll be with you in a minute sir" while trying to bring it up with an employee. If you like Panera, I wouldn't go to this one.

I was saddened by the experience It is now Kiosk only, and the sandwiches were cold on the inside. No wonder the place was practically empty at 10 am on a Saturday. went in expecting the old cozy Panera Bread vibe — warm bread smell, someone at the counter, that comforting “this feels familiar” energy — and instead got kiosks and a cold sandwich.
