    The employees were on phones screwing around and multiple earbuds were in while employees stood around I was dashing and I watched my order sit there for a solid 5 minutes before I was even asked about it

    I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken and discovered the chicken was severely undercooked after eating part of it. The inside was raw and translucent. I contacted the restaurant and did receive a refund. However, serving raw poultry is a serious health risk, and this experience was very concerning. I hope the kitchen takes steps to improve food safety and quality control so this does not happen to anyone else.

    I ordered Carmel Cappuccino and was given a Frappe.i think that someone need to give this store real training.if you can't tell the difference between a Cappuccino and a Frappe then you shouldn't work there. I've never seen so much incompetent people in one place.
