  It’s a shame because this McDonalds location wasn’t terrible in the past. If you enjoy normal customer service, this place won’t offer that. Don’t come here unless you have no other options! They seem to have dropped their hiring standards to take any person they can find.

  I suggest going to a different McDonald's where there's nicer employees like on Waterloo rd. I went to this McDonald's today on arlington road and left totally disappointed. I got an oreo ice cream with extra fudge and extra oreo and then the manager gives me my ice cream which had NOTHING hardly in it it was like pure vanilla..i kept arguing with her politely asking for the extra i paid for and she denied it to me and said this extra food is being taken out of employees free foods. Then she hands my mom a hot fudge sundae with nothing but pure fudge and barely any ice cream (which i compared them to her) She then tried to lie to me and said the extra stuff i paid for was in the bottom of the cup and i checked it.. i ended up getting a refund which she threw away..and she got way more nasty with me so we were arguing i told her she lost my service She was very rude and rolling her eyes and did not give me simply what I asked for. The managers name was bobby that serviced me. I also called the receipt and made a complaint

  The staff are always 10/10 with support and being kind, always polite and they make my breakfast perfect damn near every time. Recommend going here, ignore all the other comments, they just yapping
