There's an issue with my dine-in code being recognized by the drive-thru system. They seemed to have gotten it figured out, but when I get to the pickup window...they don't know who I am again. Fortunately a manager had it all figured out and got things moving. The person working the pickup window was clearly not trained on the system or customer facing position...he was in an apron for washing things and was trying to help too. So... everyone working there knew the dining room doors were locked...why not unlock them?
