- OMO MDec 28, 20251.0Ever since the staffing at this location changed, it’s gone downhill. No one should be forced to pull forward into an obscurely marked space and wait 15-20 minutes for a bag of fries while everyone else behind them is served first. Unbelievable.

Once waited nearly 15 minutes for a single order, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern for customers. There was no apology, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to improve the situation. McDonald’s is known for quick service and basic customer courtesy, but this location completely fails on both counts. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I strongly hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff. Until then, I would not recommend this branch to anyond.

No cookie bits like it's supposed to have and had almost no flavor. I've gotten this from 3 other places and was amazing. Please dont spend money here, better off driving 15mins to another location for actually decent quality and service.
- EDella davisDec 5, 20251.0Ordered an order online and went through the drive thru, was parked for 30 minutes and when I went in the staff was laughing at my boyfriend and I just staring saying they had the food and then threw it away. You guys need better management and a better crew because no way it takes 30 minutes for a quarter pounder. Why are there children behind the counter eating ice cream out of the garbage? 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND :)
