  Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes and nobody came to take my order. 8 people pulled off.

  Went there to get dinner and ordered from the kiosk, then I chose the option to pay for cash and it told me to take a receipt but the receipt never printed and it wouldn’t have mattered if I paid in cash because there was no one at the cash register and then I heard someone at the back say “where is my front people?” so then I had to pay with a card and waited a little bit to get my food then I receive my food and get a cup and I go to get ice at the fountain machine and low and behold no ice was coming out so I had to leave with a fountain drink with no ice. This is not a very good first impression of a McDonalds and is the worst McDonalds I have been to and it wasn’t even that late since it was only 6:00PM with that said the employees were very friendly but seemed like it was managed very poorly.

  The restaurant says opens ate 6 I arrived at 6:20 and proceeded to have to wait 45 in the drive through live waiting for someone to take my order. They need to change they times because this

  currently on my 1hr lunch break, figured why not get some mcdonald’s real quick.. who knew their drive thru took 20 minutes a person! was in line my entire break, never got to order my food 😆 thanks

  The table sign at this location clearly says to use the app for “order delivery to table.” When placing my order in the McDonald’s app, I selected “deliver to table” and entered my table number as instructed. I waited at my table for over 30 minutes, but no food was delivered. When I finally asked the staff about my order, I was told that they called out the order number and someone else took the food. They then said they could not cancel the order or remake it. I explained that I followed the instructions exactly and stayed at my table the entire time, expecting table delivery as advertised. The staff responded that they “can’t do that,” which directly contradicts what both the app and the table signage state. This was very frustrating and disappointing. If this location does not actually support table delivery, the signage and app options should be corrected, or customers should not be penalized for following the posted instructions.
