McDonald's may not be the dream job for a lot of people. But a little common courtesy in the service industry to your customers like I don't know.. saying hello or thank you. Goes a long way! I ordered ahead on the app, sat there and watched it sit on the counter with my order number stuck to an appliance. Watched person after person walk in after me and get their orders while my diet coke just looked all sad at me just out of reach. Come on man, this is incompetence to the extreme.
