I was met with hostility and unfriendliness the moment I told them I had complimentary meal cards. Management was entirely apathetic and made it incredibly obvious they felt inconvenienced. I heard a manager yelling to another manager saying the miscommunication about ordering through the drive-thru wasn’t her fault. And when we apologized for our part in the situation (which admittedly wasn’t our fault at all), she brushed it off and ignored us. On top of that, the food was stale and lukewarm AGAIN. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. Upper management needs to take a hard look at this location. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Either I'm waiting at the speaker or get told to pull forward.I know they can get bored waiting between orders but I shouldn't see an employee playing on their phone while I'm waiting 2ft from them. THE WORST THING however is the fact that after ALL OF THAT the food taste old and stale.
