  Everytime I seem to order its when there's 2 cars or less, but EVERYTIME it takes 10-15mins to get my order. Either I'm waiting at the speaker or get told to pull forward.I know they can get bored waiting between orders but I shouldn't see an employee playing on their phone while I'm waiting 2ft from them. THE WORST THING however is the fact that after ALL OF THAT the food taste old and stale.

  The fish filet was perfect and exactly as I ordered it. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. The atmosphere is only the fault of corporate decisions... shame on you, McDonalds! This one used to have the best decor, reflective of a trendy yet homey vibe with real wood, colorful modern Tiffany-type lamps, really nice! Others used to have themes too, based on their location... themes like the North Woods, or baseball, or sailboats & fishing. Now their decor is nonexistent; it looks like a gray bus station bathroom. This horrible, ugly environment is an insult to both their own employees and their customers. When I went in to order, I decided on takeout as soon as I saw what the corporation had done to the interior.

  The reason that I rated this only at three star in the reason I read the silver so well was because the morning that I went in there to get a cup of coffee , the manager took care of my order and when I showed her my phone that had the number or code. If you will for my coffee to receive my points on the McDonald's app. She brushed it aside. And then when she told me the price, she said $,2.69. My reply obviously was, isn't it?Ninety nine cents , since i'm using the mcdonald's app ? She replied saying I didn't give her a cold and then obviously I replied by saying well, that's why I showed you my phone.\n Her reply to that was, I didn't realize you were showing me a code, you just flashed your phone in my face. And when she said that it was extremely rude, extremely. Confrontational , and just in my opinion , very unprofessional , that being said. After she finally amended the price. After that. Taking the numbers from the code on the McDonald's app and charging me the correct 99 cents for the coffee as I walked away, I was thinking to myself. Why would that woman say that? Why on earth would I show her my phone for any other reason than to Let her read the code so she could put it in the register question mark I was thinking to myself , what did she think I was just randomly showing her pictures of my children or something?!?!?! However, the cleanliness of this McDonald's was extremely good. The coffee was extremely good and after I drank my coffee on the way out. I ordered an egg with muffin and that also was good. They had nice 80s, music playing at a decent level and the atmosphere with the exception of In my opinion , the root employee and manager was good.

  This location opens at 5am I have been in the area 2 years. Everytime I show up within 15 mins of them opening no one has anything turned on and you end up waiting another 15 mins after they take your money. I showed up at 502am and beat the employees this morning. That’s pathetic. Out here wasting everyone’s time. I drove up to Wheatley road instead and they had one chick by herself making orders taking orders and you would have never guess there was only one person in there. Have a little pride or self respect.

  IF YOU OFFER CURBSIDE HONOR IT!!!!!! this is the only McDonald's in the city that yelled at me from the drive thru window that they won't honor curbside service. This was 6am. Every other one I've ever been to honors curbside during curbside hours... At least the did was good and fresh.
