- TVTrenton ValdezJan 22, 20261.0Been there a total of 5 times within the span of 6 months, first two I had missing items, and today this nasty General Manager named “Rebecca” gave me attitude about how to order. I asked how to pay with cash and she said “order at the kiosk”. I then asked, thinking she didn’t hear me,if I’m able to pay with cash at the kiosk. All she said was order at the kiosk again, with a nasty attitude. Maybe a little guidance and patience would be nice Rebecca.

Manager said if I wanted fresh fries I should have requested that instead of no salt (which I assumed incorrectly would mean they'd be fresh). I told her that "fresh fries" is not an option on the kiosk that we're forced to use as there is always a sign that the register is not open. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would not have come to this McDonald's. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Slow. Rude. Orders wrong. Worst McDonald's in the area!!! To the owner...the "link" doesn't work but went to the website as you requested. I an not able to complete aa I no longer have the receipt which is needed to complete

Not only did I sit at the window for 10 minutes but I also drove away with a milkshake instead of a frappe or a refund. Never asked for a milkshake and was never informed they did not have it available, which could be the only reason I can think for you to not give me what I paid for. Not happy at all!
