  The past few years I haven't been interested in eating too much fast food. Especially here, I used to eat here all the time but just something about it I can't do so much. Now I do like frappes and their cookies some times. I'll keep this one for the kids on a busy weekday once in a while.

  I love the morning workers but second shift can not funtion at all. Lines are backed up service is slow , everyones cussing and rushing . Bad ass kids in the dining room throwing stuff causing a scene. They need Chelsea running things.

  This is why we complain about McDonald's. Food too expensive to not be that good and never made how you order. Extra onions and mustard does not mean plain cheeseburger. Just bun, patty and cheese... the Vernon Odom location. They usually do well when the one manager is there. This is mad annoying. My fault for not looking before I left. I did of course check the bag and there was no ranch for my son's nuggets. But I didn't check my sandwiches. They like to make you wait when you are at the counter anyway. AT ALL LOCATIONS. I travel a lot for work. Same issues at all these McDonald's. I usually eat Arby's and Taco Bell if I'm gonna eat fast food. Kids like McDonald's 🙄

  Absolutely disgusting. The staff was absolutely unprofessional, the McDonald’s was one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped foot into. We were going to play some mobile order which we always do, and pick up through the drive-through, but my young daughter had to use the restroom. So we decided to park and run in and use the bathroom and then put our order in to pick up through the drive-through. The bathrooms were locked, and said for customers, only, which isn’t a problem. So I went over and was ignored while I was standing there, and had to say, excuse me, can we please use the restroom, and as rudely as possible, the employee said not without placing an order you can’t. I explained I was going to put in an online order, and she said she had to watch me put the order in before my daughter could use the restroom. Upon looking around at how dirty the kitchen was, and how dirty and rude the staff was, there was no possible way we were going to trust them to cook food.
