- EHEric Hamrick4 days ago1.0Worked there for a few months. Trevon the manager was the absolute worst. My sister died and and I wanted to use my bereavement time off. He told all the other employees I probably don't even have a sister and that I just wanted time off. But I was required to submit her death certificate to the company in order to get paid. During my bereavement time he kept calling me and bugging me about none urgent things. My whole family was made aware of the his actions and none of use will ever buy Krispy Kreme ever again. Furthermore I have text messages to prove his actions.

I can see why your company as a whole has lost millions this year need to work on customer satisfaction and etiquette no reason you should be out of all your signature doughnuts at 8 am and definitely no reason to yell at customers.

Donuts are still edible, just don't match what they were supposed to be and I couldn't open them/check before giving them to my family because I bought them for other people.
