They literally block off half their parking spaces so they can offer valet parking which is just silly. All staff were great. Food was served hot, more so than any place I’ve been. Steaks were cooked one temp too far, but they were still very good. The chocolate lava cake was not very good. Atmosphere felt a little like it was for an older crowd. The music selection was rough and did not feel very classy. I did like the glass in front of the kitchen and the kitchen, but the rest felt like an Applebees. I’d have given two more stars if the price was half as much. For the price they are asking, you have to do better in all areas. There are fancier upscale places that cost less. It’s a one time visit for curiosity, but otherwise go somewhere better.

Folks, Thanksgiving at this “five-star” steakhouse—where the only thing five-star was the frostbite. Valet the car, step inside—wham, crammed into a packed entryway like rush-hour sardines. Too close, swapping air with strangers drenched in blue-blood cologne that screams yacht club and old trust funds. Every five seconds the door swings open—bam—Old Man Winter body-slams you with a blast of ice. Twenty-plus minutes of that arctic assault before they finally call your name. Then the dining room: colder than the walk-in freezer they forgot to close. Two $59 filets show up—tiny little sneezes of steak so small they’re practically garnish. Three lonely mushrooms on the side, extra charge naturally. A “loaded” baked potato that costs a fortune and tastes like Wendy’s regret. Service? A disaster. Twenty minutes begging for salt—reward? Two salts, zero pepper. Wave at servers; they vanish like ghosts. Food takes an hour. Drinks disappear. Then you sit another ten minutes just trying to get the damn check. This place didn’t have a bad night. It jumped the shark, flash-froze it, and served it with a shrug. Do yourself a favor: next year, go to Wendy’s. Warmer, faster, cheaper—and nobody makes you freeze in a perfume cloud while ignoring you for an hour. Terrible. Just terrible.

Went for their Tomahawk Tuesday for my birthday. It was great. We weren't huge desert fans so we asked if we could get 2 more sides instead of the desert. We were told yes. I don't remember our server's name but she was great and hilarious. She helped us figure out what sides to try. And I even got truffles for my birthday. Only complaint is the bathroom lighting was super dark! Couldn't take no good selfie. Food was delicious though. I meant to ask if they had any steak butter, but will definitely be back. You also get a complimentary photo for you birthday! Oh and it's got a view of the kitchen line it's Hell's Kitchen
