Very good food but hard to justify the cost. I have no complaints about the service or atmosphere but I cannot say the steak was that much better than what you would get from Texas Roadhouse, just 4x the cost.

Servers last job had to have been Dennys. Terrible. From start to finish it was almost a joke we laughed the whole time bc of how crazy the service was. We still tipped 20% but it was not deserved. That is a whole review on its own. All of our steaks were overcooked. My ribeye was not good and the server said the chef prefers it well done when I asked what the chef recommended. My guess is that she is wrong. I ordered it medium rare and it came out medium rare, medium, well done and everything in between. The potatoes au gratin was dry and needed salt. Unfortunately one of us needed A1 sauce. It was decent but the amount we paid we could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and received a better experience and better food. I love high end dining but this was not that. My favorite thing were the martinis and the bread. I feel like when you go to a place that charges almost $1,000 for 6 people you should get a great experience when you walk in to when you leave. We were there for 3 hours mostly waiting on the server and our appetizers we ate while holding the menus which was awkward and an inconvenience. The wrong food came out 2 times. We heard her life story and nothing about the menu. And when asked questions she didn’t have them. I feel like it could have worked out better with a different server but since most of the food was mid I’m not sure. The corn was amazing.

This would be my 3rd year in a row having dinner here for my birthday. I have always loved and enjoyed the service and food. However this year was a bit different. My drinks came out first they were great! 10/10. After that me and my group ordered food and the food was overcooked or cold. We sent 5 entrees and 3 sides back (out of 10 people) and everyone was respectful and kind when doing so. We still wanted our food so we said we would wait for new ones to come out without issue. When the entrees went back we overheard kitchen staff speaking upset about the situation (towards us). They sent a manager out named Hannah who was actually very apologetic and understanding and helped us out. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t enjoy my birthday dinner because of my food being overcooked and having to wait some more time for more food to be cooked. I was so overwhelmed I didn’t get to enjoy dinner at that point I was ready to go. This is actually one of my favorite places to have dinner in Akron I at least come 3 times a month. I have never experienced service like that from them very disappointing 😭

It was and ok experience we felt as if our waiter did not check in with us and was very weird about certain things even other waiters came to us boxed our food etc and checked on us and refilled drinks mind you they weren’t our waiter and then with the food we got a tomahawk steak it was good and completely fine at the table then we were asked are we done so they boxed it for us once we got home we noticed the steak seemed switched out when we were at the table it was no fatty at all got home and the pieces we had were almost all inedible because it was literally only fat.

Food was decent . We went here for our anniversary dinner and the waiter was great. Most of every dish was actually cooked well. Fleming potatoes though… were undercooked so much so that the middle was so cold you wouldn’t have thought they didn’t even cook the dish. The top was melted but the dish was definitely undercooked. We waited almost half an hour for our food and the meat quality was decent but not worth the money. Luckily we got gift cards for wedding. Gifts to this place because if I had paid 230 bucks for mid quality food I would have been upset. Mind you I got the chef specialty short ribs , I would assume that those dishes would be top notch seeing as the cheapest dish is 50 bucks . Salad and chipotle Mac and cheese were the best dishes we ate and it wasn’t all that . Kind of sad this place wasn’t “fine” dining or so not what I woudl deem worthy of the title outside of presentation of the waiters and atmosphere alone. The restaurant is not bad persay, but I can’t recommend it off the price and quality of the food. Maybe we will try again next year and will have better luck .
