- CSCorey SutphinFeb 20, 20262.0I would give 1 star BUT the employees did their jobs. On Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. I'm in the restaurant with 14 people. There are literally two employees back there preparing food. The line is long and people have been waiting longer than 20 minutes for their food. This is a company issue. They need to hire more employees or staff more during busy hours like this. It overworks your employees and it pisses off your customers when you try to pinch pennies like this. Get it together.

I think some employee theft is going on here or they charge extra for a selective group of people. This happened 10/16/25 at around 6:40ish in the morning. A girl was at my check out not very friendly by the way. Acts like she’s going out of her way to help you or your bothering her. Nobody needs this at this early in the morning or to be ripped off!!

Unfortunately, we were unable to go back and get what I had originally ordered on the receipt. Today, it's a Sunday, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. I go in and order two sandwiches. I was advised it was 17$ and they only gave me one sandwich. I told them I ordered two and was given so much attitude. It was such a hassle to just get what I had ordered. The cashier even had acknowledged we wanted two sandwiches before we paid. Bad customer service!! Boo!! Bring back the old Sunday team! Someone else even commented their order was messed up multiple times. So frustrating. :(
