There was a time I would pull in and they told me my order never even had to ask. My husband gets me a coffee every morning. It's a ritual. Today is wasn't right, it's ok mistakes happen... I return to BUY another, and again it's not right, this time I waited for a correction, AGAIN not right. I asked them to fix this, I could tell by the look of the coffee it wasn't right. I don't understand why everyone has a different way of doing things. I used to love this location! I recommended this location to numerous people. Now they mess your stuff up and look at you like your the problem. Spend way to much money at this location for the order to not be right and be treated like garbage when asked to correct it.

I don't know who needs to hear this white cheddar cheese, is white. Plastic American cheese, is yellow. I mean it says white American right on your little sticker. But somehow you put the yellow cheese on it. This Dunkin gets my order wrong probably over half the amount of times I order there.
