  Went here because I got a gift card for Christmas. I had low expectations going into it but they managed to not even reach that low bar. My boyfriend and I both got a drink and food. I ordered my mocha signature latte with oat milk instead of whole. They used almond milk. I dont like almond milk in my coffee because its too strong of a flavor, not to mention if they did that to someone with a nut allergy. The donut we ordered was missing but they gave us a few extra which is why they got two stars and not one. Both of our signature lattes were handed to us without the whipped cream and drizzle it comes with. I asked them to fix it and they gave it back with the smallest amount of cream. And as per usual, the reason I stopped going to dunkin the the first place, my drink did not taste like it had the extra 2 shots of espresso I ordered. I order the same drink anytime I go and I can taste the difference when they dont put my extra shots in. Ill just stick with 7 Brew.

  I choose to walk in rather than wait in a 10 car line. No greeting, a wait of 2 minutes at the counter for anyone to make eye contact. I counted 8 employees behind the counter and none would offer a Hello or We'll be there in a minute. This was at 9am . May not go back to this location.

  Came in ro get a gift card and had a coupon for a free cofee. No one in the store 4 people working and I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes. Then he rang up my gift card and a coffee and wanted to charge me for my free coffee. Ii told him the coffee was supposed to be free and so after he totaled out the sale he tried to swipe the coupon for the free coffee and it wouldn't go through. I told him to cancel the transaction and ring them up separately. Then he couldnt ring up the free coffee because he scanned it once and so it was no good. It said the coupon was good until dec 31.

  IDK why there's a 3.9 rating but this specific Dunkin' Donuts is one of my absolute favorites it's the absolute best place. Not only is the service above pristine but every time I come into this Duncan I never get my order wrong my order is perfect every single time the only time that I ever and I mean ever gotten something wrong was when I was accidentally given a coffee instead of a hot chocolate which was rectified immediately and they apologized for it and even gave me a secondary bag of hash browns as an apology I wasn't even mad I was like oh yeah it happens and they still were like no no no take the hash browns please we feel horrible. This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts in the entirety of the Akron area ever
