Wait times are though the roof, rude when they do serve you, as well as the drive thru (generally quicker way to get food when you’re running low on time) still waited 20+ minutes, had people honking at me in line like it was my problem their inconsistent. Last time I was there they refused to make an advertised* drink after me waiting 20 minutes to even order(through the drive thru). Never will deal with again. Please find someone one else to take their plaza spot that actually wants to serve and earn their spot in the community as a legitimate business. This location is dumping the Dunkin’ Donuts name.

My boyfriend and I both got a drink and food. I ordered my mocha signature latte with oat milk instead of whole. They used almond milk. I dont like almond milk in my coffee because its too strong of a flavor, not to mention if they did that to someone with a nut allergy. The donut we ordered was missing but they gave us a few extra which is why they got two stars and not one. Both of our signature lattes were handed to us without the whipped cream and drizzle it comes with. I asked them to fix it and they gave it back with the smallest amount of cream. And as per usual, the reason I stopped going to dunkin the the first place, my drink did not taste like it had the extra 2 shots of espresso I ordered. I order the same drink anytime I go and I can taste the difference when they dont put my extra shots in. Ill just stick with 7 Brew.

I counted 8 employees behind the counter and none would offer a Hello or We'll be there in a minute. This was at 9am . May not go back to this location.
