I always get the same iced coffee. they have always done me right until recently. for the past couple of months no matter what it never fails, if I go any time before noon (I usually do) the coffee tastes horrible, old, and very bitter. it also tastes the same way if I ever go anytime after 4pm. no matter how many flavors, cream, or sugars that I add to sweeten it up in an attempt to get rid of the bitter taste, the taste of old coffee is still too strong and just ruins the coffee. I’ve even asked for remakes before and it will still taste exactly the same. not sure what’s causing it but it makes me sad because this location has always tasted the best to me until now! employees are always kind and pretty quick, this new taste is the only problem I’ve had at this location.

Its becoming a running joke to say “Im running to the dunkin down the road, Ill be back in 30.” Its probably partly to due with short staffing in the evenings. (And the short staffing is probably due to the wages offered.) In the morning theres usually about 5-6 people working and somehow the times arent any better. Management/Franchisee needs to do better.
