  We placed an order at 4:30 PM for this location that opened at 6 PM. We scheduled our delivery time for 6:30 PM. At 6:05, dominos app said it was in "prep stage". At 7 PM, with it still in prep stage, I called the store. After 10 minutes of being on hold, a man answered, did not let me say one word, and just said "Domino's the store is closed" and hung up on me. I was not able to speak one word before being hung up on. How rude and inconsiderate to your paying customers. My girlfriend called from her phone, the same gentleman answered (faster this time) and said the same thing "Domino's we're closed" to which she was able to quickly reply, I placed an online order for $50, how can I get a refund? He said when their system is back up, he'll take care of it. My girlfriend is a General Manager of McDonalds, she runs the entire store. She has had instances where systems were down and door dash orders kept streaming in. Still, she would never, never, let any of her employees talk to customers like this and hung up on them. If Domino's (corporate) continues to let this location operate, they are going to continue to go down hill and lose customers and their reputation when so many other food places are opening up locally. There's a reason this location is 3.3 stars. Go read Amanda Dennis review from 11 months ago. Basically repeat that exact situation today. This location is rude, awful, and needs new management.

  I have placed an order at 4:51 p.m. on December 27th so they never delivered my order and now it's 6:24 p.m. I called them up and I spoke to the manager and he kept saying it's five times over on each call five times I called.so I had to call back and I canceled my order and I was direct with the manager because I don't appreciate as a customer. Then he puts it at me oh we only have one driver why doesn't this Domino's have more drivers than only one I think that's ridiculous it's not my fault they only have one driver I'm just a paying customer so they lost my business for tonight I can only say this if this keeps happening I'm sure you're going to lose business not with only me but other people.

  Tried ordering online and kept getting an error that said no employees were clocked in. Tried calling the store and no answer. 5pm on a Sunday when they're open until midnight? Y'all close or something?

  Did on line order and our food never came. We called the gm walked out on his staff. I went and picked up our food. Sad that we paid for delivery and I had to pick up our order

  New manager is horrible. Last few orders were canceled because of no driver or no inventory. .One order arrived after 2 hours and was cold. Manager is rude and blames employees for everything. Used to be a good store with old manager but now its terrible.
