I was so happy when a Chipotle open near us but the food is so consistently bad I usually do not go there anymore. I have given many chances the past years. The chips are always undercooked or way too salty. They get the order wrong often. Today I tried it again. I got a bowl of undercooked brown rice. It was totally inedible. I get food from another location and it is always good. Whoever manages this location really needs to manage better. Going back on my do not go to list even though it is so close.

It never made it to the shelf, so after asking about my order at 8:10, we received cold, soggy food that had been made too early and never put out. Tons of employees just standing around and nobody even check in with us after waiting for 20 minutes. I work in food service and find this unacceptable.
