My food was left outside an apts complex. The website didn't give me updates, the restaurant doesn't answer the phone and by the time i could get in contact with someone the food that was supposed to be handed to me was left outside (no phone call) and stolen! Never again! Broken websites and AI answering the phone is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The young woman working the register was extremely rude after a simple request to re-roll the burrito that was clearly about to fall apart. She also demanded please when I politely asked for napkins despite her own rudeness. Rather than help the employee who clearly was not trained properly because no one else rolls the burritos as that employee did (which has happened twice now while she is working with the same employee), she made a big deal out of a simple request. I never leave reviews, but I couldn’t help myself after my such terrible customer service. I love the food, but I will not be returning location.

This Chipotle has a reputation of always running out of things like Meats rice beans vinaigrette. When they do have means the beans are overcooked they are basically dry mush, always seems to be very dirty dirty counters where the food is being prepared dirty over by the drink station trash over running

I placed a mobile order and it was marked ready for about 10 minutes before I even got there. When I arrived, multiple employees walked right past me while I was clearly waiting. The girl at the register kept checking out other customers even though she saw me standing there, and then told me “you’ve been there for three minutes” when I finally asked about my order.
My food was already paid for and sitting right there.. not even on the pickup shelf..yet I was told I couldn’t grab it myself. I understand preventing theft, but it’s frustrating to be held up when I ordered ahead specifically to avoid waiting. I ended up standing there while people who ordered after me got served first.
I usually don’t complain, but the way I was treated today felt really disrespectful and completely unacceptable. If I’ve already paid, I shouldn’t have to wait around like that while my order just sits there.
