I shoulda have stuck to my word but I swore this place off. Left with out getting any chips had to remind them of kids meal drinks and rude and slow that’s what I get should have known better wish I could added zero starts if I could. See picture for lack of chips

I honestly don’t understand some of the comments saying this Chipotle is “disgusting.” In my experience, that usually comes from people who have only visited once or twice and happened to walk in right after a huge rush. I frequent this location regularly, and it is consistently relatively clean and well maintained. You have to remember this is a high-volume restaurant, especially during lunch and dinner. When there’s a large rush, it’s completely normal for fast-casual spots like this to have a bit of food debris in the prep or serving areas while the staff is actively working through a long line. That doesn’t mean it’s dirty — it means they’re busy. From what I’ve seen, the team does a great job keeping up with the demand, and they clean things up quickly once the rush slows down. The food is fresh, portions are solid, and the staff keeps things moving efficiently. Overall, this location does a great job handling extremely high traffic while still delivering quality food and service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Out of the last 5 pick-up orders I’ve gotten at the location, they’ve gotten 4 orders wrong. They always leave something out or swap bowls with other orders, so we get the complete wrong thing. Complete waste of money and no easy way to have anything fixed or refunded.

This place was so dirty it was unbelievable. The drink machine was so filthy, it was unreal. I hope the health department makes a visit because I rarely write reviews but this place was gross. This place looked like it had never been cleaned, ever. I would never go back. I can't even believe this could be legal and in this country. Where is the oversight? Please don't eat here!
