- MRMatiah RNov 14, 20251.0Waited in line and get to order and the associate never said one word to me. Just Looking expecting me to order. No greeting, no nothing and they all look mad. So I begin to order and find out afterwards they have zero corn and zero cheese. Then I ask if they are giving discounts for not having these items well prior to them closing (over an hour) and the response is no. So they then begin speaking about how much the brand has made today as if it’s going in their pockets. You don’t own chipotle, You just work there. So I left. Not ordering anything I don’t want. Corn is one thing but no cheese is wild. Falling off big time and I won’t be back.

My bowl is NEVER full. If anything, they half the portions when they read the word “extra” every.single.time. I’ve been to this spot over 20 times and it’s the same bs. This is the only chipotle I’ve gone to in Akron and it’s always so pitiful. I never have issues with getting extra portions at any other chipotle. I really have an hard time figuring out why the lines are always packed at this location it’s a shame. Not to mention one time I chose to go in and order because of the 4 bite portions they serve to make sure I was getting the right amount he had the nerve to look at me crazy after I asked for him to give me more rice after he put a tsb of rice after I asked for extra… are these workers TRAINED to be stingy with the food they’re not paying for?? im so confused… this location is a sad/10 for me

The workers all seemed upset and stressed, as I witnessed their manager REPEATEDLY yell at and demean them regarding the amount of food being used on the line in front of customers. These are conversations to have AFTER your busy lunch rush, not DURING, and IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS at that! It was very unprofessional and left a bad perception and impression on me. Honestly I’ll probably take my business to QDoba up the street since the vibes at this Chipotle were bad. Also the chips were stale. Get it together please.
