  woman at the register at 1pm Tuesday feb 3rd is extremely rude. Should be retrained in customer service, the gentleman cooking to is quite polite, she decides to get a terrible attitude because tap didnt go through right away...and then continued to roll her eyes and give me more attitude when I said okay the pad needs reset because I tapped to quickly. She just continued her attitude and proceeded to act if im the idiot. Then kept smirking at me in line and at the table while I ate. So I have a video and picture of her actions as well. Appalling INSANE

  yo! shout out all yall at charleys, been eatin at this specific location since i was like 9 years old and the food is always absolutely amazing. i work at the mall, somebody came by with the friday samples and had me a killer chicken philly.

  Watched a member of their staff walk out of the stall in the men's room and right into the restroom kitchen without stopping to wash his hands. I'll definitely never eat there again
