    Don’t waste your hard earned money…. Straight trash!!! Cold fries. Cold, hard nasty bacon cheeseburger. Ruined my evening. Unbelievable this happens way more than it should.

    We received our order and 3 turnovers were missing and the cheese sauce. My daughter's chicken sandwich bun was burnt. I called and spoke with the Uber driver and he said he was given 1 bag and drinks and that's what he delivered. I called Arbys and spoke with someone who said they were out of turnovers and apologized for the cheese sauce. Then Brittany the manger wanted to speak to me saying she bagged the riff and put 3 cherry turnovers in the bag and before we could discuss the rest she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back and they refused to answer the phone. I didn't receive the food I ordered and believe the first person on the phone was telling the truth and Brittany is not. If she was we could of continued the call and discussed the burnt food, maybe she cooked it also and it wasn't, OH wait I have pictures! Very disappointed! *I tried to reach you at the site mentioned it didn't work maybe use messenger? Thank You Sharon Skeriotis *

    Ordered a regular roast beef thru meal doordash. It literally had 2 pieces of meat. I paid $17 and change for food & delivery. Doordash offered me $3.46 for a refund. I called the arbys location my food came from, whoever answered was rude and told me to take it up with Doordash. I called back & someone else answered. They claimed to be a district manager & offered a refund or replacement. Im going there tomorrow to get a refund. Ill update then if I get it. Also gonna try to post a pic of what I received.
