- NWNick WarrensApr 4, 20261.0We placed our order a full hour before making the 20-minute drive to pick it up. Upon arrival, we were told our original order had been taken by someone else. While I appreciate the manager’s quick efforts to scramble and fill a replacement order on the spot, the execution was disappointing. Despite being told the order was correct, we discovered after getting home that we did not receive the bagels we originally requested. It is frustrating to drive 40 minutes round-trip only to find the order is still incorrect. My suggestion would be to implement better product control and verification before hand-off. If certain items are no longer available, it is much better to own that at the counter rather than sending a customer home with the wrong items.

- CSCorey SutphinFeb 20, 20262.0I would give 1 star BUT the employees did their jobs. On Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. I'm in the restaurant with 14 people. There are literally two employees back there preparing food. The line is long and people have been waiting longer than 20 minutes for their food. This is a company issue. They need to hire more employees or staff more during busy hours like this. It overworks your employees and it pisses off your customers when you try to pinch pennies like this. Get it together.
