  All calls go to a call center where they do not speak English. They tell you your food will arrive in a half hour at most. When you try to call over an hour later you cannot get through and it hangs up on you. I was able to log into my account and track the order with my number but it shows cancelled. No heads up and especially no refund. This has happened once before for a larger order and we assumed it was a glitch and also never got a refund and couldn’t get through after that. It almost seems like a scam when you call now. My kid wanted a pizza and now on top of him not getting it we were again ripped off. No way to get through to anyone. All of the stores numbers go to the same call center. We tried calling from 2 separate phones and repeatedly got hung up on. Terrible experience and now I know why we stopped ordering dominoes. The store has my number they could call and tell me it’s cancelled if it seems to me it’s just a scam and it cancelled as soon as I hung up

  Great pizza, even better price! Delicious crust and topping options, the stuffed crust is amazing and the BBQ chicken pizza is great! Great texture and delivery time and quality is good. If I had to say, I'd say it's near gourmet pizza! Amazing.

  Could not place a order online because no team members were clocked in, and when we called in over the phone they couldn't split the payment between our gift card and credit card.

  Food from this location has never been good. Foods been late each time. Food cold and wrong. They can close down. We don’t need that location. Tallmadge is much better.

  Everytime I order from here for delivery [except one time] they call and explain theres a long wait on the pizza and im usually chill about it, but it happens so often I think its like an understaffed issue or something One time my friend came from japan and just got off the plane and we ordered some pizza and wings The wings were like tendons lol and drowned in sauce. The pizza was heavy on sauce and when I showed up [because again they called and was like 'well its gonna take forever and --' whatever excuse as to why they wanted to cancel the order or whatever, and i was like nah ill come pick it up, the lady was eyeballing me and there was flour everywhere as if the swedish chef was in town And like the first few times I had the pizza it was really good honest, but rapidly was bad I tip modest usually across the board cause I know its basically how most pizza workers get to live but one kid showed up and the whole box was like drenched for some reason. I hit no contact but kid still knocked on the door and looked frightened when I answered The pizza was not good that day I ordered maybe 5 times from this store in total cause, its domino's but geeze
