  While the hamburger was rated 10/10, the service was subpar. A 40 mintue wait for a HAPPY MEAL is completely unacceptable. We were to not only play but order from the Taco Bell before our order was even started. Overall very disappointed..

  Absolutely the worst experience you can get at a fast food restaurant, it takes them 20 minutes just to talk to you on the speaker. And then after all that they mess up your order anyways.

  Been going here 20 years the place is nasty now, like nobody cleans up. Floors greasy and slippery. Workers outside smoking cigarettes, watched the cook use his nasty gloves to break apart my eggs 7 times. The play place for children is never cleaned so if you want your kids sick bring them here.

  If I could give negative stars i would! I had the most horrible experience! I Was visiting Utica Univeristy all the way from Long Island and wanted to grab a quick bite before heading back but omg do i regret it. Staff was rude the place was dirty. We waited a long time for table service and it wasnt even accurate! If i ever go back to visit ill make sure to skip this McDonalds even the locals said we should AVOID this McDonald's because its know to have horrible Service!

  If 0 stars was an option I would have put that down. I will never be going back. 45 minutes in the lobby for a 6 piece happy meal for my kid while the manager ignored me. I yelled to the person wrapping in grill to send up my 6 nuggets so I could get the heck out of there. I arrived at 7:10 and left at 7:52 and was late for a meeting! A total nightmare. I used to work at NH location & was almost ready to hop behind the counter & make my own food.
