    Stopped serving breakfast earlier than advertised. And the one down the road doesn’t do breakfast all. Now the pregnant ol lady gets to take it out on me all day. Thanks Wendy’s for a pleasurable experience as always

    Wendy's used to be my weekly cheat meal but the quality has gone downhill to the point where I genuinely can't eat it anymore. The bread is brittle so the burger gets soggy and it's COLD as ice cream. The employees are typically great but the food... Not so much

    Was picking up a doordash order and they left the order sitting on the counter unfinished and kept moving on to other orders. Instead of finishing it after twenty minutes of trying to get a help, I finally decided to unassign. Every wendy's in the unica area cannot be trusted. It's really discouraging because wendy's used to be my favorite fast food. I hope to never get another wendy's order again

    Food was horrible and cold, asked for a refund because I wasn't planning on paying 16 bucks for a meal but they changed me for the wrong item. I asked for the son of a baconator and I got the regular one. Bread was brittle and old and burger had no taste at all. I used to love going to Wendy's but not allowing someone to get a refund is ridiculous.. definitely will never go back.
