  I dont do reviews but I think this one needs to be given. I've been coming to this Wendy for a good amount of time and can honestly say that up until recently the experience has been positive- especially with the morning staff. And I expressed that to the evening managers during both incidents. But now for 2 weeks in a row in the evening I have encountered a rude, condescending employee that takes orders at the drive through window. The first time I had to ask for the manager so that he could address that employee. When I got to the window the manager had already moved him so I didnt get to see him. The manager assured me that he would have a talk with him so I let it be. Today, as soon as I ask for my order, it was him again and he was right back at it so I drove straight to the window to place my order and make sure the manager addressed it. This time I took his photo so there would be no confusion on who this employee is. He has absolutely no customer service skills and if management isnt going to take the time to talk to the employee (Jonathan was the name given), then they shouldnt put him in a customer facing position. I understand he may be young but there is absolutely no excuse for the behavior. I hope this does not continue because then it shows the evening managers are not meeting standards expected of a manager of a corporation. As a business, it's important to treat people with respect as it is a reflection on the business. I hope this is the last time Jonathan treats any customer this way because escalation to the owner and corporate will have to be the next step.

  Jonathan the cashier is the best. He very clear, patient, and helpful while I bombarded him with a big order and stumbled with my words. He was also very funny, friendly, and welcoming. If you’re reading this I hope you liked the fish sandwich😂. I ordered 2 $8 biggie bag combos with 3 frosties. Then went back and ordered the fish sandwich combo. 10/10 experience.

  We went to the drive thru for a fish sandwich. The gentleman that took the order seemed to be in another world. Why do I need to repeat, 3 different times, that I want to order 1 fish sandwich!!! OVERALL: I cautiously recommend this location.
