  My recent experiences at Stop & Shop have been extremely disappointing. Several workers have been outright rude, speaking to customers in a condescending and disrespectful tone. The way some employees talk to shoppers is completely unprofessional — if customers treated the staff the same way they treat us, it would absolutely be a problem. What’s even more frustrating is that when complaints are submitted, they seem to fall on deaf ears. Instead of addressing concerns, management brushes you off as if you’re the one being difficult or inconveniencing them. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. This experience was frustrating to say the least, the cashiers name is LINDA, whom also claimed to be the supervisor. But when asked to speak to “the supervisor” a Christina at the Stop and Shop in cross country Yonkers NY, is whom I spoke to. If shopping hear just know you will be annoyed by the time you leave!!

  HANDS DOWN the cleanest, most organized, friendliest, high energy-employees, location you will ever walk into. We’ve gone to numerous locations and we can’t help but always compare to this one. Since they remodeled, this location has only gotten better, which we didn’t think was possible seeing as though they were already amazing. Iveth, from the flower shop, is an absolute doll and we look forward to seeing her smile and being blessed with her energy every time we shop. Vitore is another phenomenal employee who is always ready and willing to help at checkout. Fatime and Gita are such sweethearts who always have a smile on their faces and make great convo with those who come in. It genuinely is a great location all around. They restock fast, whether bread or produce and most importantly it’s CLEAN. Shout out to everyone there for making this location come together this way!
