  I'm writing this review because of this one person named Cindy(Sindi, Syndee, Sindy, Cyndee, Cyndi) didn't quite get the spelling. This was April 3rd around 7:30 p.m.The way she interacted with my girlfriend and I, was horrible, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I get that there was a party (around 20-30 people) that she and other staff were preparing for, but we respectfully asked, "Is it possible for us to be placed at another table?" since the large party was about 3-4 feet away from our table and we just felt like things would feel crammed and crowded for us (we were against a wall). In response, Cindy said, "I do not recommend you go there." In a condescending manner, she then laughed (but not a friendly laugh) in our face and motioned to the corner of our table, saying "just go to the corner." She then said, "Did y'all order your food already?" to which we replied yes and once again in a rude tone said, "Then the food will go to this table." She could have responded with a "I'm sorry, I understand your concern, there is nothing I can do." However, she chose the unprofessional route and now here I am writing this review.

  Food was good at least. Incorrectly cooked the steak, at a steakhouse... The plates were filthy with crusts and sauce, no tableware until asked for, a high amount of food on the ground that bottom of your shoes are filled with mac, consistent incorrect items even AFTER the order was repeated. A constant back and forth in corrections and incorrect removal of items off check to then have the INCORRECT items on the check. This issue seems so consistent that the assistant and general manager checked up on us. It must be very hard to handle a team of workers that consistently make mistakes for each table present. Hopefully the weekday crew is better thus why the rating is above a 4.

  Updating my review as if 3/15/26 the following day the owner Kevin contacted me regarding the service we received and had a agreement of what occurred is not the normal at the Outback Steakhouse and greatfull for what he had done for me and my family for our experience, I will go in and speak to Kevin in person as well to meet with him and have a new experience and will update another review on this as may have been a fluke I called into the restaurant for call ahead seating as I was with party of 9 people and a infant in a stroller when I arrived the hostess was clueless and they did not have a table ready, upon finally getting a table we sat for 20 mins without evening being greeted finally a manager came over and said there was a mix up and a server would be over soon once server came over he took drinks and appitizer order after about another 15-20 mins the apps came out still had no drinks finally server had someone bring drinks and had to wait an additional 10 mins for the bar drinks which weee watered down as I seen them sitting at the bar when I stood up to find someone, by the time I went to order my dinner due to lack of service they did not have the correct temp of the prime rib we wanted which was provided was overcooked and the kids chicken fingers were very crispy as they left it in fryer for too long this was a very bad experience at outback for our family gathering and left a yelp review as well as currently restaurant is rated 2 stars the previous manager that was there in past ensured he visited the tables the lady who was working never checked back with us who was the manager after knowing we had a issue from the start. The restaurant needs a lot of help staff wise as you can observe the manager on duty was not helping the servers on the floors with recovery at all even at the end when I asked to speak to the manager regarding the service no one ever came out to speak with me which at that point paid our bill and left the restaurant to write complaints
