The food was clearly spoiled, with a foul smell. My husband and kids didn't even finish theirs before throwing it away. The worst part was the unhelpful customer service. After reporting the issue, we were met with defensiveness and told that a manager would call back which didn't happen. It's unfortunate because we love Tio Nacho and order from them often. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their quality control and customer service. 😐

They had so much flavor and the variety of meat choices I tried was nice & tender and juicy with all the ingredients that they topped with it and when i added the sauces like sour cream, the green hot sauce, the red one and the guacamole gave it an extra kick! When I tell you I love it so much I have to go back best tacos I’ve ever tried I give not a 5% but 100% for the owners service and professionalism & very friendly he served me with a nice cold drink called “Agua de Horchata” it was so refreshing and delicious too. It was my first time a this restaurant and it will not be my last I was extremely satisfied with their service and all the tacos like he said I would and he was absolutely correct.. Come Enjoy their tacos & the variety of foods in their menu, you won’t regret it..
